Delete your Homerun Desktop or Go account

This page is for anyone with an account for Homerun Go or Homerun Desktop, published by Ethereal Network Sciences PBC. You can request that your account and the data associated with it be permanently deleted, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to delete your account

There are two ways, and the first is the one to use if you still have the app.

In the app

1. Open Homerun and go to More on a phone or tablet, or your profile menu on a computer.
2. Choose Delete account, at the bottom of the screen beside Log out.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its data are erased straight away — there is no email step, and nothing to come back to.

By email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in.

1. Email us from the address on your account. Send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". It must come from the email address your Homerun account uses — that is how we know the request is yours.
2. Confirm from your inbox. We reply with a confirmation link, valid for 30 minutes. Opening it shows you exactly what will be deleted; nothing is removed until you confirm on that page. If the link expires, just ask again.
3. The deletion runs immediately. Once you confirm, your account and its data are erased. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your servers, worlds or backups afterwards.

Guest accounts (accounts created without an email address) have no inbox to confirm from, so the in-app route is the only one available to them.

What is deleted

• Your account and your ability to sign in on any device.
• Your servers, and the worlds saved on them.
• Your backups, which are purged from our storage.
• Your servers' public listings, including posts on our Discord.
• Linked Minecraft account records.
• Crash and error reports tied to your account.
• Your device registrations and sign-in sessions.

Servers you were only a member of are unaffected — they belong to whoever created them, and your access to them ends with your account.

What is kept

• A record of the deletion itself: the email address the request was made for and a log of what was removed. We keep this indefinitely so we can show the deletion happened.
• Product analytics recorded while your account was active are retained in our analytics system.
